Tivelle Order Support
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to correct an address, adjust an item, or cancel an order? Contact Tivelle as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to help while your order is still eligible for modification, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has progressed.
The Short Answer
We can review order changes or cancellations while the order is still within a stage where modification is possible.
Tivelle begins processing orders with the goal of maintaining our expected 3–5 calendar day delivery timeframe. Because of that, the window for making a change can sometimes be brief.
A request is not considered complete until Tivelle confirms the change or cancellation. Sending a message does not automatically stop processing or guarantee that the order can still be modified.
Order Status
What can happen at each stage
Whether a request can be completed depends mainly on how far the order has progressed. The stages below provide a practical guide to what may still be possible.
Order received
If your order has only recently been submitted, changes or cancellation may still be possible before fulfillment begins.
Best opportunityProcessing
Once processing has started, we can still review your request, but fulfillment activity may limit which changes can be made.
Review requiredPrepared for shipment
When an order has been packed, labeled, or transferred into the shipping workflow, modification or cancellation may no longer be possible.
Limited availabilityShipped
Once an order has entered transit, the original shipment generally cannot be cancelled or edited through Tivelle.

Order Changes
Changes we can review
If your order has not progressed too far through processing, our support team can review requests involving order details.
- Correcting a shipping-address error before dispatch.
- Updating an apartment, unit, suite, or other delivery detail.
- Requesting removal of an item when fulfillment status allows.
- Requesting cancellation of the entire order before shipment.
- Reviewing an accidental duplicate order.
- Checking whether another order-related correction can still be made.
Product substitutions, additions, payment-method changes, or major order restructuring may require a different resolution rather than a direct edit to the existing order.
Request Process
What to do when you need a change
Acting quickly and providing complete information gives our team the best opportunity to review your request before the order advances further.
Contact us quickly
Submit your request as soon as you notice the issue rather than waiting for the order to move further through fulfillment.
Provide order details
Include your order number, customer name, email address, and a clear explanation of the exact change you are requesting.
We review status
Our team checks the order’s current processing stage to determine whether the requested change or cancellation remains possible.
Wait for confirmation
A change or cancellation is complete only after Tivelle confirms that the request was successfully applied.
Cancellation Details
Important situations to understand
Different circumstances can affect what happens after a cancellation request. These are some of the most common situations.
Before fulfillment advances
If we successfully stop an eligible order before shipment, the related transaction can be cancelled or refunded as appropriate.
Removing one item
A partial cancellation may be possible before fulfillment, depending on whether individual items can still be adjusted within the order.
Refund timing
When a cancelled order requires a refund, the time for the credit to appear can vary according to the original payment provider or financial institution.
Discounted orders
If an order used an automatic promotional discount, any applicable cancellation or refund is based on the amount actually paid.
Delivery corrections
Address changes become increasingly difficult once shipping labels are created or the package has entered the delivery network.
Report them immediately
If the same order was submitted more than once by mistake, contact us promptly so we can review whether the duplicate can still be stopped.
Once an Order Ships
When editing is no longer possible
If an order has already shipped, we generally cannot stop the parcel, replace items inside it, or change the original shipping information through the normal order-editing process.
If you no longer want an eligible item after delivery, Tivelle’s free 30-day return and exchange policy may provide the appropriate next step.
- Allow the shipment to complete when cancellation is no longer available.
- Keep the item and packaging in appropriate condition if you intend to request a return.
- Report incorrect, damaged, defective, or incomplete deliveries promptly.
- Use the return process for eligible products you no longer wish to keep.
- Do not send an item back without first following the applicable return instructions.
